* We are high up enough to provide stunning views, yet still can hear the waves crashing in the bay at night and early morning

* Our home is a full sized house with 1200 SF of indoor space including a beautiful master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, gorgeous master bath, and walk in closet.  We also boast a gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops, beautiful cabinetry and an island. 

 

*The property has open indoor living area with exotic hardwood floors, dining table, small entertainment center and comfortable furniture.

*  Our home is ECO...off the grid and powered by solar, rain and propane.  While you will notice little change from a regular home, conserving electricity during the day is a must, and conserving water is necessary in every STJ home.

*  1.5 baths!  Although this home is great for couples, this added privacy is a bonus.

​

*  Located on a quiet dead end road, very little noise traveling up from the traffic around Coral bay.  Virtually no street lights visible, perfect for star gazing and the full moons are amazing over the water.

*  Newly planted tropical garden with 25 palms in the yard alone... many other various flowering plants as well.

*  Just a quick drive to Coral Bay.  The road does require a high clearance preferably 4 wheel drive vehicle to access the home.  It's part of the adventure.

*  We supply a cooler, beach chairs, towels and other fun beach items.

​

*  If you have stayed in our home before, we have added an easily accessible gradual staircase outside the home to the bedroom.  No more "ladder" in the living room.

* We are a short yet beautiful 15 minute drive to the North Shore Beach road inside the Virgin Island National Park.  Consistently rated the best beaches in the world.
